Hi, I'm Amaya - the founder behind Amaya Boards. I grew up loving the outdoors and everything that came with it, but I always felt like something was missing. I loved the pride and connection that came with the hunt, but there were never pieces of decor that gave that same feeling in a personal, meaningful way. Everything I found either felt cheap, tacky, or just didn't feel authentic to hunters like me. So I decided to create my own. I wanted a resin cutting board that still carried that wild soul - something timeless, personal, and full of story all at once. A piece that gave the feeling of being out in the field, but in a form you could bring right into your home. Whether it's your kitchen counter, your cabin wall, a gift for dad, or a wedding present for a hunting couple, I wanted these boards to make hunters feel proud of what they love while still looking beautiful in any space. Every design started from scratch with a vision in my head and slowly came to life through months of samples, tiny details, and finding the right walnut slabs, resin colors, and hand-detailed wildlife figures. From the live-edge walnut edges to the amber resin river to the 3D turkey, buck, and retriever cast inside, every board was designed to blend hunting tradition with elevated craftsmanship. This brand means a lot to me because it came from wanting something that genuinely didn't exist yet. I'm based in Texas, and seeing hunters from all over the country display something that once only existed in my imagination honestly still doesn't feel real sometimes.
